We have a very complex patio, roof and pool layout and received numerous quotes and advice on how we should build our patio cover. Before giving us a bid, Nate and his knowledgeable crew leader consulted with us and offered a detailed design and engineering perspective that boosted our confidence to choose Freeman Roofing and Construction. Although they weren’t the cheapest bid, I was confident they were the most professional and would deliver on their promise- needless to say, they exceeded our expectations and built a patio cover even better than we could have imagined. Nate and his team were great to work with on a roof repair. The work was exceptional but what struck us about the experience was their customer advocacy. We were dealing with a particularly difficult insurance adjuster and the experience was complicated by an inexperienced 3rd party inspector. Nate Freeman roofing went above and beyond making multiple trips to the home and joining several frustrating and unnecessary conference calls with the insurance provider. In the end, our claim was approved, a new roof was installed, and Nate Freeman construction has yet another highly referenceable client that will call on them again if needed and recommend them to anyone who asks.
Freeman Roofing & Construction is a Contractor with a heart that cares.We recently had a hail storm, and Nate came out to meet our Insurance Adjuster to go over the damages and explain what needs repaired. Nate worked with the Insurance Adjuster and went above and beyond by continually communicating with our Insurance Adjuster about repairs. Not only was roof repaired, but Nate noticed that the chimney had some wood root that could have caused a leak, and he immediately came out to wrap the chimney to protect the potential leak. Now we have an improved higher quality chimney and roof. We also decided to have a new fence installed which turned out beautiful.
We recently hired Nate Freeman to contact our roof, gutters, and garage door replacement. His team's were professional and timely. They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the results. Nate even doubled the people working on the roof job to finish in 1/2 day because he knew we had dogs. We will definitely will use his services again.
