Can’t say enough good things about American Pride Roofing. From the beginning interaction of getting an estimate to the installation of the roof it was a great experience. Craig was so professional and easy to understand all aspects of this process, he was always working on our behalf. The crew that installed the roof was very efficient, arrived on time, worked all day and cleaned up everything…SPOTLESS!! Would absolutely recommend them .
Please Read - We found this company via google reviews and nextdoor and very sorry we hired them! Tim replaced our roof in Dec 2021. We had an inspection highlighting several fixes in June 2022. Reached out to Tim and walked him through the issues listed on the report. He said he would come and fix, took us 2weeks and several phone calls to bring him back to our property. Many times he said he was on his way and did not come and answer his phone! Finally he showed up one day. The job we requested was not major and took him only a few hours to complete after weeks of chasing him. A report is needed for the job he completed, but he is not even capable of writing a report. This is the worst ever experience we had with a roofing company. We have a “so called” warranty, but not even asked the repairs to be done under this warranty. The sad part is no one is following up the customer complaints in the office. Very very sad and dissappointed! Would recommend to stay away from American Pride Roofing.
I wanted to give a recommendation to Jeff Jenkins of American Price Roofing. I was one of the ones hit by the hail storm 6/6/18 and had the 100+ people knock on my door. I myself am an insurance adjuster so I know all the games. Jeff was honest about what they would do and proved American Pride had all the proper insurance to protect my property and 10 year labor guarantee on top of the shingle manufacturers lifetime warranty on the product. 10 years in Texas is life of the shingle with the way the hail storms happen around here. I had to cancel like three times on him which he said was no issue and we would reschedule. They arrived the day of install and got it done in two days just as he said even with a few minor set backs due to the last roof that was put on my house, glad I didn't go with the prior company. Changed colors and added z-ridge and then the week of the ran came right after we finished. No leaks at all, so I am happy.
I am simply ecstatic with the service, craftsmanship and professionalism of American Pride roofing. During Hurricane Delta, our roof sustained significant damage and needed to be completely replaced. I contacted several roofing companies. Only Mr. Larry Covey, of American Pride Roofing, took the time to answer all of our questions and made my wife and I feel at ease during a stressful time. Mr. Covey even assisted us in the process of working with our insurance company to insure we received fair valuation on the replacement of our roof. The price of our roof replacement was eminently fair, quality materials were used, and the work was done properly and courteously. The crew showed up on-time and were very friendly. Mr. Covey kept in constant contact in addition to stopping by each day to assess the work. The Crew Chief, Angel, was excellent, the entire job went smoothly from start to finish and was completed much quicker than I would have thought possible. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! We are first time home buyers so this was the first time that we’ve had to go through insurance and a contractor to fix a roof. What a blessing it was to choose this company and get paired with Tim! He explained the ins and outs of everything- from the type of roof we had, to different materials and shingles, to insurance, etc etc. I am so appreciative to Tim for how much he helped us through the whole process!
