Drain plug wasn't properly sealed. Oil leaked everywhere. Wiper fluid wasn't filled Tires where rotated and the tire pressure was not done. Really a waste of money and TIME. Since I was an hour away from my destination real damage could have been done to my car. When I called the guy on the phone was like we can't say it was us. And I was like u legit just did my oil change it wasn't doing this prior to your service. I have a 2020 jetta

I’d issue with brakes, screeching sound. And I took to Lexus and they quoted me insane amount as expected. But then a friend recommended this place & I’m a happy customer. Brett is the best. He got taken care of all the stuff for me, very quick then around service, he even went above & beyond to pick up & drop off. I highly recommend this very place for its utterly best customer service. I took my car in for an oil change and to address a whirring noise coming from my right front tire. Not only did the technician Frank fully explain what the noise was, he went above and beyond to really show and educate me how to prevent the noise going forward (while being respectful and friendly!). Called late in the afternoon and took our vehicle in for alignment (after tire change at discount tire). They accommodated us quickly. Service was quick. They do try to upsell you for extra services. I reluctantly agreed for fuel induction service. Next day check emission system light came on. Took it to our auto mechanic and he said it was gasket issue in the fuel system. Coincidence?
