The customer service was by far the best I have ever experienced in dealing with automotive services. Brian was very nice and very knowledgeable in helping me with my vehicle's problems. He got me back on the road in a very timely manner and was a great help. I would definitely recommend this particular store and their team of technicians to everyone!
The way they prioritize appointments is refreshing. Before they realized I was their 5pm appointment, they told me they couldn't work on my car till the next day because they had a 5pm appointment coming in. I've been to too many establishments where walkins and appointments are treated the same. It's nice that they offer tire repair services. Ended up having to replace the tire; the products they offered were better priced than Discount Tire next door. Just wish NTB had more of a national presence. Not sure how useful their warranties are when traveling or moving to areas where there are no NTB franchises.
The customer service at this dealer is super amazing and from the technicians to the management team. I truly appreciated all the help they provide me today and would recommend them hands down!
Matt was so nice and helpful towards me. He kept me up to date in regards to my car. I would definitely come back if any future mechanical issues arises. I saw some negative comments and thought about canceling my appt, but I’m glad I went anyway and have absolutely no complaints. He was busy, but was patient with every customer.
