He handles the details of the sale and the buying process as though he was purchasing for himself. We enjoyed the buying process in 2017 with Mark so much that we called Mark to sell the same house when we were moving in 2022 and our house sold in a week. He is very professional and he returns texts calls and emails He is ontime when meeting with us . And he always goes the extra mile to close the deal . Very knowledgeable and super responsive. Created a comprehensively great buying experience. We were first-time home buyers during the competitive seller’s market in 2021. He found the perfect house and got us in to see it before they did their first open house. We exchanged calls and texts that night with him and ultimately finalized and had him submit our offer around midnight. He also has good working relationships with *good* mortgage brokers and contractors, both of which we used and were happy with (most agents have connections with mortgage brokers and contractors, but not all are good). Mark is an excellent agent. He has help sell our home for the price we want for it when other agents did see us getting the price we wanted. He was very patient and tentative to our needs as home owners. He was also instrumental in helping us purchase a new home. He handled the model home sales person for us and came every time we called without question. When we wanted to sell our daughters home we call Mark. He was there and handled everything in a very professional manner. We call him our agent and will always use him.
