Called to see if I purchased headlights if someone could help me put them in. The guy that answered recommended that I go to an auto shop and have them do it. I called the one in Aubrey and the guys were more than willing to help me at no extra charge. If you’re a single woman and need any assistance I would recommend not going to this location as they refuse to help
Parker was a gem. Very friendly, professional and respectful of a female customer. We talked about my issue and I learned a great deal from him. This is my go to store when I have auto part needs. Ladies, Auto Zone and a search engine can give you the confidence to do some car maintained things especially if an employee like Parker is around. Store is conveniently located, has great hours and is car stuff heaven.
the people in this store do not like to work, bad attention they are rude, they are also racist, (my english is not good, and they managed to make humiliating phone jokes, I drove 30 minutes. On the phone they told me that there was but when I got to the store they told me that there wasn't and they just laughed. The staff at this store is disgraceful. I should give it 0 stars
