Worst experience I've ever had! You've been WARNED! I still have bruises on my body. My assigned lady kept rubbing bone on bone even after I politely asked her to stop a few times. We actually were supposed to get a 90 min couple's massage, but she randomly asked which I got, 60 or 90 mins so I went ahead and told her 60. She kept uncovering my privates, and left me exposed while opening the door repeatedly. One of those times was to bring another into the room to ask why I cut it from 90 mins to 60 mins. It felt like the session turned into an argument over the change in time at only about 20 mins into the massage. At the end, the woman never even touched my feet. It gets worse... the other lady gave my fiance's last 5 mins to me for my feet after I begged her not to. It hurt. Not the worst for him either... nobody worked on him for the first 15 to 20 ish mins, but when they turned me over, THEY TURNED HIM OVER TOO! Not done yet... it's time to pay. We STILL tip, more than we should've, and they questioned the amount like we were crazy. I told my fiance not to even tip... Talk about the most awkward moment ever! Well, most awkward aside from my privates being left exposed for whomever to see while both ladies were in and out of the room. I really should've just walked out, but I was afraid of we would be charged with theft of services. Such an excruciating experience people. Please save yourselves the misery!
This is by far the worst place I have ever been. It's more of a rub then a massage. We talked about tips 5 minutes in. At one point she was staring at the clock while kind of massaging one spot for at least 5 minutes. I believe her name was Ella. To top it off, she left twice and I didn't get a full hour. Never again.
I've always thought massages were either seedy, or just kind of like a foofoo type thing. I've been working and stressing so much, I could barely stand up straight. Swimming was starting to be painful vs relaxing. Today I threw in the towel. I went to the first place that allowed walk-ins. Nancy, you're freaking awesome!! Took 3 hours but of hard work, but I can move again. Thank you so much, I don't know how you fit that much strength in such a small package, you're amazing. ????????
My husband and I both go to Stephanie and she is amazing! She goes above and beyond always! We have been all over including 5 star resort spas that don’t compare. I have only experienced total professionalism here. I would highly recommend especially if you love leaving a massage feeling you totally got your money’s worth.❤️
