I was skeptical about this hotel because it was a category 1 and only 3,500 points a night in the Hyatt app and since COVID a lot of the Hyatt Places have gone down hill and not been maintained well. That was not the case for this hotel. One of the best Hyatt Places I have stayed at. The hotel was clean, well maintained and staff was excellent. Definitely a good value and will stay again if we are in the area.
One of the best Hyatt hotels we've stayed, especially long term! I can't say enough about the management and staff! We are traveling waiting on home to be built! We have stayed several places, my daughter loves it here and feels safe! As a mother I feel great about that! It's also near everything!
Compared to the hotel prices in North Carolina and the East coast, I was glad to come here on my 1st day in Texas after an extremely long drive. Rooms are spacious, clean, stylish room and bathroom. you are near literally everything. Worth the price, especially with military discount.
Great stay! Staff super nice. Fairly new hotel. Did have a continental breakfast. Plenty of food options in the area. A Walmart and other amenities. Wifi is iffy. The rooms are gorgeous. The views are a bit scenic. Top Golf is across the way. Had a blast here. Pool was closed tho. They have a solid bar on premise open til 12am. And basic essentials for sale if u need a toothbrush etc. Even a phone charger TO BORROW! We really enjoyed our stay here.
I left a new pair ($150.00)of running shoes with my shoe inserts in my room when I checked out and called back a couple hours later to inquire and front desk lady was very rude and said “don’t accuse us of stealing “!!!! We don’t have your shoes, I asked her (Amanda) to check and see if someone have my shoes. I stated that I had just checked out a couple hours ago and she continued to be rude and stated “ I can’t help that you lost your shoes” I called back the next day twice and no one was able to speak with me re: shoes and didn’t seem to be concerned… VERY RUDE FRONT DESK PEOPLE! and HOUSEKEEPING should be accountable and turn stuff in that’s left behind. I will never nor recommend anyone to book at this hotel!!!!
