Do not stay here. Unclean, covering order with excessive scents. First offered room smelled heavy of smoke and dampness,mildew. Asked for a different room. Second room was heavily deodorized. Stained blankets, not vacuumed, stained towels, dusty counters. Decided to stay and stick it out because we were just going to sleep there and spend days visiting family. Left hotel at 9am, returned at 9pm to an untouched room. No cleaning at all. No clean towels. Bed unmade... Management offer for us to change rooms but who wants to change rooms at 10:00 p.m.? So damp and smelly that air-condition couldn't even dry it. Hard to breath. Hard to sleep. Not to mention underage party that was happening across the hall where management had to knock on door and tell the kids they were calling the police. Young kids then left hotel in groups two separate ways. After complaining to management the next day the room was cleaned very well. It's too bad that's not how it started out. Noted disconnected ice machine with dirty filter And dried out p-trap that was emitting sewer gas. This was right next to the Continental breakfast area. Only chose to have toast with peanut butter yogurt and coffee for breakfast. Only good thing: The worker at the breakfast area was excellent. She kept the eating counter clean and prepared for guests. Ask for a one-day credit for our stay, since we stayed 4 nights. This request was ignored over and over and not even addressed during checkout. Do not stay here.
What an amazing experience! Upon arrival we were able to easily extend our stay another night. Later, around midnight, one of the kids threw up in bed making a mess. The amazing woman at the front desk, Jennifer, quickly switched us to a new room for the rest of our stay. Jennifer was very understanding and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!
Rude guy at the check in. Got called saying our rooms had a problem so we called and they said we needed to pay for our rooms upfront that they were turning people away already. Then we get there and he wanted to double charge us and didn’t want to give us a room and wanted to give our rooms away. We finally got our rooms and one wasn’t completely clean the furniture was busted. The breakfast in the morning wasn’t great. They ran out of a lot and the pancake machine was not working properly. The pool was nice but the room it was in was super hot. I would never stay here again. Worst hotel experience ever
The room smelled the bed sheets weren’t clean. It felt gross. The Carpets were stained and dirty. Didn’t leave because of the no refund. I would NOT recommend coming here!!! Find a different hotel!! Stayed only for one night.
First room was dirty you could tell that it had not been clean. Went to the sec room it was better but there a weird smell in our room Then a refrigerator stop working so our food went bad. Went to the pool and the roof start to leak right by an electric light in to the pool a the pool deck roof look like it was about to cave In. I will not stay at another one of these hotels. staff is nice
