    The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was friendly. I was kind of disappointed at some of the service during my stay. I know Marriott has a huge reputation for five star service. Marriott knows better. Service was not top notch as I was hoping for. The lights did not work in my hotel room beside the bed and there was no extra blanket or sheet provided for the pullout bed, as there were 3 people on my reservation. I had to sleep in a folded blanket instead on top of the mattress. I also did valet and the evening shift was not attentive to who was pulling up so me and another couple waited for almost 10 minutes for the two men to show up. Also, when I checked out, I waited 20 minutes for someone to get my car because the overnight shift person had left and not clocked out, so there’s just a little bit of carelessness among the staff which is not good whatsoever. It was okay, but I don’t think I’ll be staying again. It just seems like the hotel cuts corners to maximize profit. I don't mind paying a pretty penny for a room, but the price must always match the services provided. Maybe better training?

    Everything was a great experience at this location and even with my cons I still believe that they deserve 5 stars. My cons are that they flow of the room was a little off. The entire set up was didn't make sense and it was small but still enough room. The other con was the PARKING!!!!!!!! Be ready to either pay or search for a place to park and it's far. I don't like the parking set up AT ALL. Lastly the shower didn't come out strong but I love the shower and being able to move the shower head around. I would definitely recommend. Oh they have hot free breakfast.

    Very nice hotel but I was disappointed by the service. Safe didn't work, only had two shower towels, and was missing bed linens for the sofa bed. Requested to be brought to room while I was out and it never happened also charged me for parking but my room key didn't work to park? Had to get a credit and that also didn't happen right. Probably won't be back to this hotel.

    Hotel overall was great, however I experienced the worst service at the bar. We were in town for a 3 day meeting and there’s not much around food wise. The bartender would camp at one end of the bar with his back to nearly everyone, chatting with who I could only assume were his friends. After two nights of pretty much being ignored, I decided to eat elsewhere. On my way back to my room I stopped by for a night cap and he told me he wouldn’t serve me a Miller light because I was was “acting strange.” I was acting strange because again, I stood there being ignored for nearly 15 minutes. I honestly feel like he might not even be a bartender, maybe from another department in the hotel. The fact that the bar was not even busy made this seem even more confusing.

    From the time you valet your car to check in everyone is very professional and helpful. Daniel the valet guy was very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were spotless!! Excellent location to restaurants and venues.
