    The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating, given that we got in early. They were able to hold onto our luggage while we walked around the star before our room was ready. Chewy was the absolute best bartender at the hotel bar! He gave us great recommendations for downtown Dallas and made some awesome mixed drinks!

    Awesome stay at Canopy in Frisco! The hotel was so clean and prettyand the staff were so hospitable. Rooms were very large with plenty of room in the bathroom/closet area. I loved the layout of the room! There is valet or paid self parking in the garage behind the hotel. My only complaint is there wasn’t a walkway or bridge to the garage so when it’s pouring rain, good luck! Plus, you need your room key to get in and out of the garage so when you check out you take it with you. The amount of room keys they are going through must be staggering. Granted, I know they cost hardly anything to make but all that plastic and waste made me wonder. The bar area is super fun and they even had live entertainment. Also, you don’t get bottled water here for being a member. Rooms have a refillable bottle that you take to water stations. Not sure how this is more sanitary, though. Would definitely stay here again!

    Room is nice and clean. However, when asked for late checkout, I was told that I would be charged after 12pm even though I was a gold member. I have stayed at this same property multiple times and have never been told that and have always been able to get late check out with no issue. Also, the time I actually wanted to enjoy the pool, they don’t have one was told to go next door to residence inn!!

    The place is very clean, customer service is great! I was expecting complimentary bikes as an option like advertised but when we arrived they said they only own one bike and it’s already out. The room gets hot at night for some reason no matter how much I tried to adjust the air. It’s $15 a day to park and so I thought that sucked when the garage isn’t even attached. The rooms and hotel and everything it’s self GREAT!! I’d stay again.

    first off, i am a loyal diamond member. but the staffing attitude alone, will not only not see my business again, nor with they see my companies business. This morning at 6:00 i am awaken to the sound of someone in the gym next to me dropping weights. I sounded like thunder. When i called down to somewhat complain at the annoying sound i was told. 1. I didn't put you in that room. 2. I didn't design the hotel 3. if you have a complaint you need to all customer service. 4. I was told to quit screaming and yelling, when i never raised my voice ( not once ) . I tried to explain, that i was frustrated because it's 6:00 am. When i asked what her name was, she gave me about a 10 second pause, then told me again, she didn't design the hotel. If my TV was too loud, and my neighbor complained, then i am sure i would get a noise complaint. But when someone is dropping weights and preventing my sleep, I'm the bad guy? Do NOT stay in room 217!! it's guys like me who help keep hotels in business because we travel every week. Think about installing a no weight dropping policy. I don't want to hear how this is a learning experience.
