The entire staff was amazing. The managers Mark and Maria are the best employees a company could have. They are very hardworking and dedicated. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They had all the amenities to accommodate our stay. I will definitely make Candlewood Suites my choice of hotel.
Amazing hotel! Only downfall is every time we would use our sink it smelt HORRIBLE! Smelt like straight sewage disgusting! The drain on the restroom floor is where it came from. Besides that we enjoyed our stay. Aso our room didn’t come with a hair dryer… we had to call the front desk and get one from a different room and she wanted it back after we used it…
Bathtub was clogged on arrival with no resolution until day 3 of a 7 day reservation. Faucet water smells like dirty sewer water. Front desk does not answer the phone. Walked to the front desk twice to find no help available. Housekeeping is great, tho.
Room was nice, bed was comfy. Customer service is severely lacking at this hotel. My friend had booked a room at the same time I did. When she arrived, her room had been given away, due to “overbooking”. She was never notified, or offered any real solution. I’m not sure if that’s the hotel’s fault or the third party booking, but nonetheless the lack of care was disappointing. I would choose a different hotel in the future for this reason, which is a bummer because it’s in a nice area within walking distance to some cool spots.
Value for money. But quite far from the business district. You may end up paying more for rideshare to reach somewhere. I had requested a microwave bowl. It was not provided for 15 days. Kitchen amenities are available but needs a 2nd clean. Rachel at the Front Desk is very helpful. Housekeeping Service is claimed to be provided every 7 days. My room was serviced only once in 17 days that too after a couple of requests.
