I have been a rewards member for years now. Stayed here couple weeks ago for business. Room was fine. Staff was nice except for one staff member who worked overnight. Hotel ran out of wash clothes and he basically he said the good guests has to suffer for the bad because they don't give the towels back to be washed. Also, please check into the water here. I am not sure if it is safe to drink or wash in. There was a polluted smell every time we turn the water on. No one wants to bush their teeth with water that has a smell. Over all, our stay was not so bad here. I was able to cope with it.
We arrived at this Hotel and noticed it was new and we were excited about that. Upon checkin for a 3 day visit , the hospitality wasn’t there. No one else around but the person checking us in and my wife and I. We didn’t see any carts for luggage. We had quite a bit of luggage to go up to the the 4th floor. We asked if he knew where the carts were, he followed up with “ other guests must be using them so they are in the hallways or you can go next door to a Hotel there and get one of their carts”. There was no attempt by him to help us get a cart. Very disappointed in the customer service.
I was a walk-in for an over night stay. I showed the front desk overnight price of $92 for the exact same location but she told me she won't be able to price match and charged $125. I went to look for a hotel due to my safety so I didn't have much choice but to pay the $125. Very disappointed as i am member of IHG and they weren't willing to honor the other price for the SAME location.
