I have been so impressed with all the staff here. They have been so kind and helpful as we have stayed here. Some of the nicest people I've ever met. In the morning, the sweet lady who oversees breakfast welcomes us with a smile and when things aren't too busy she even comes and takes out dirty plates. The ladies who have helped us at the desk have been so kind and gone above and beyond in helping us as we have had a small disaster at our home and have to be out of it for a while. All the people who help clean are so kind and polite. They have made our unfortunate circumstances not seem quite so terrible.
We needed nice affordable connecting rooms close to our family in Frisco. This location gave us just that. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. This is a great location to bring your kids. There were many familes there and it was never loud or chaotic. The breakfast had more than enough options. This hotel is in a great location, very close to a Costco, CVS, and a Super Target. Also close by were many local restaurants and more popular brands like Ihop, Sonic, McDonald's. We were only there for 2 nights but could have easily stayed for longer. Thank you for a great stay.
We had a great stay at this Hampton Inn. It's right off the Dallas North Tollway but set back far enough that it has a secluded feel to it.
