Specifically called in to see if my son was a candidate for the ALF appliance. The lady setting the appointment said she needed to place me on hold to make sure he was old enough. She came back on the line and said he was and we scheduled the appointment. Then when I got there today I was told he was too young and they charged me $100 for the consultation.... just confused why this was even scheduled in the first place. Also on their own website it specifically says their is no age limit for the appliance....
Natural Focus Dental is amazing with a caring staff! From the front door all the way to the dentist, I was impressed. The team made sure I was notified and reminded of my appointment (just like the rest of you all; life tends to get busy now days). My Hygienist, Sharese, made sure to tell me everything that she was going to do before she did it. This made me SUPER comfortable. She also completed one of the best cleanings that I have had to date. Dr. Wang, oh where do I start! She was personable, charismatic, and attentive to all of my needs. At the time I had a new crown which made my bite stronger on one side. Their bite analyzing machine was being worked on at the moment but, they made sure to get back with me to when it was fixed. Now I have a normal bite again and I am extremely satisfied. Thank you Natural Focus Dental! I highly recommend.
I took my son here because he got one of his front teeth knocked loose. I checked in and within a few minutes he was being examined. The staff and the doctor were super friendly and made my son comfortable. I have been traumatized by a bad dentist and I cringe when I have to go to a dentist. The atmosphere in this please even set me at ease. From the receptionist to the assistant to the dentist everyone was professional and caring. Back to my son’s front tooth, it was not damaged and they quickly assessed that it would be okay. My son usually freaks out even talking about going to the doctor but there was something comforting about the way the interacted with him that set him at ease. I highly recommend them and my wife is already setting up an appointment for her and for my kids to have their teeth cleaned. Here are my observations: The waiting area is cute and they have some toys and two tablets for your little ones while they wait. The facility is super clean and state of the art. We were in room number four and they had a TV on the wall and another one on the ceiling. The equipment was new and not dingy so you can tell they care about efficiency and quick assessment. My insurance is “The Standard” and it is a PPO and they took that. They gave my kid a little toy after our visit. Again I can’t state enough how amazing the staff is at molar bear.
From the moment my wife discovered the practice, I knew I would love it. My experience there confirmed everything I was expecting. From the moment I walked in the door and they had to check my temp, they asked me if I preferred a forehead scan or wrist scan. That proved to me how considerate they were! That spoke volumes to me because I’ve never been asked that and it just shows they are different than most. They were very thorough with every step of the process. They explain what type of X-rays were needed, why they were needed, gathered very detailed dental history, explains each step of examination, cleaning, etc. very personable and could tell they actually cared about me as a person. They already had my attention which the holistic approach to dentistry. The extremely kind, warm welcoming staff made this an excellent experience for me and I will recommend to anyone!
We love Molar Bear! Dr. Wang has been incredibly sweet and patient with my son during his visits; he actually requests to go back! She explains procedures well, makes sure you’re comfortable, and has many helpful options/suggestions when we ask questions regarding our home oral care. We love her holistic approach, and her staff is great!! We definitely recommend her office to others who are looking for dental care for the whole family!
