This place is wonderful. Especially Dr. Dong and Nayeli. They are my favorite! They were so nice and caring. They took the time to explain everything I was getting done with patience and without rushing. More than anything I loved how kind they were, not only towards me, a patient, but also with each other in the office. Also shout out to all the ladies in the office who welcomed me with a smile and so much kindness as well. Great place! Highly recommend.
1. They will ask you to sign a release form to get your own records. But the release form is only for a new dentist. 2. It has been 5 days and still waiting for ALL the records. According to Amber, who said that she is doing it for 20 years, I should be blessed when I got my X rays bit earlier. 3. The doctor will endlessly smile at you but will not discuss the depth and conditions of the cavities. 4. Front desk,: "Just get them filled, and also get dental guard and some other alignment (for worth $4000)". I came for a tooth ache. LOL!
I'm a new patient but my first appointment was to pull a broken in half molar. Took 35 min..no pain. Everything went excellent along with x-rays,cleaning. Always on top of their game and extremely organized
I have been coming here for the last two years, and by far, my last visit to clean my teeth was not a pleasant one. The hygienist was a little rough cleaning, but she did break a tooth that was supposed to leave it as is and never told me what she did until I found out by the rough feeling on the tooth surface. They never acknowledged their mistake and wanted me to fix it as they find cavity, which I am not sure if that tooth has cavity. I don't recommend this firm at all. It becomes straight business, not caring about customers or patients. Very sad
During our stay in The Colony, I awakened to find that I had a tooth ache. I stopped by Waterfront Family Dentistry and told them of my problem. They were so nice to work me into their schedule and took care of me. The entire staff was so friendly and willing to help and the Doctor was so kind and fixed me up in no time! I highly recommend them for your dental needs!
