I see Dr Kim and have seen Dr Shin as well. I had not been to a dentist in several years. I needed a deep cleaning and a crown. Both doctors explained to me in detail what I should expect every step of the way. I felt comfortable through the entire process; which was over multiple visits. The staff was friendly and attentive as well. I was charged a reasonable price for my services and received excellent care. I was asked to come in for a 3 month cleaning just to ensure that my gums were remaining healthy. After my crown was placed Dr Kim examined my gums and informed me that I could cancel the extra cleaning appointment and just proceed with a normal cleaning at the 6 month interval. I would highly recommend seeing either doctor in this office if you would like excellent dental care.
Best service I've received. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist and I appreciate how welcoming and patient they are with me. Dr. Shin provided options and didn't make me feel as if I had to make a decision immediately. Gina is outstanding and compassionate to those with a little more than normal anxiety and made me feel comfortable. I'm extremely impressed with their staff and services and how open and up front they are with everything from process to procedure to cost. I highly recommend Whitetree Dental if you are in need of services and have sensitivities or anxiety as they are thoughtful, patient, and accommodating.

Fantastic dental practice in an easily accessible location for anyone in Frisco, Little Elm, The Colony, Prosper, as well as from the closer towns on 380. The office is very clean and contemporary. The hygienist rooms are super cool with TV to help pass the time. I’m sure kids love it! The most important thing is that the service is outstanding. The hygienists are very skilled and thorough. Also the culture is clearly that they hire for skill AND personality. Everyone is very kind and professional. The doctors meet with everyone and you never feel rushed if there is something you wish to discuss. Top notch operation run by thoughtful professionals. I hope we can go here forever!

Dr Kim & his staff are some of the most kindest people I have ever met in this field. He so knowledgeable, which is my highest of priority when taking care of my family’s dental needs. More importantly Dr Kim is so personal, not like being at a washed out franchise where your just another number!! He takes his time & he asks a lot of questions.
