Lake Pointe Dental has been a great experience for me. The staff and assistants are very friendly and Dr Grewal is super sweet too ???? I love the music she plays! The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing ????
We were looking for a dentist for our family after moving to Frisco. Had a great experience for my 1st dental exam with Dr. Grewal and her staff. They are caring and compassionate. Glad to pick Lake Pointe Dental!
Went in for a dental pain checkup. Issue was taken care very professionally. Warm and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for a better dentist.
Worst of all the dental clinics I've been. I went there for a dental clean up which my dental insurance covers fully , two times a year. They took my dental xray and said I'm in deep trouble. My tooth decay had touched the bone and it requires immediate treatment . Dr Garewal gave me a treatment plan which would cost 3200$s . This included 5 treatments which she said if I didn't do immediately would affect my jaw bone and it would get infected and that no one can save it after some more time. I got scared. Since I didn't know how much my insurance would cover, I told her to do the basic cleaning that my insurance covers for the time being and then let me call my insurance and understand my coverage so that I will take the treatments she prescribed. But she wouldn't do that. She said my lower teeth are so much damaged that no doctors will do basic cleaning for that. She said she can only do basic cleaning my upper teeth and lower needs to be deep cleaned , which I need to pay out of my pocket. That was the first time I'm hearing such a thing from a dentist. Atlast I ended up doing a basic clean for upper teeth and no cleaning at all for lower teeth. I reached back home and enquired with my friends only to know I was scammed. So folks, beware ! Those people are there , only to snatch your money. Won't go there again ever in my life. I wish I could give a zero star!
