I am absolutely beyond impressed!! Big Steps managed to get my stained seats clean from a previous owner, and a coffee spill off the interior roof. Set in stains that were there when I bought the car are now gone! :) Previous owner also had a dog and I don't smell that anymore either! My car looks like it just drove off the factory lot, it's so shiny it should be in a show room! Friendly folks, fantastic job, I'll definitely be using them again in the future
Russell is very courteous, responds quickly ,great communicator, I had him detail my dad's car that has been in family for years, never cleaned, every inch of the car was like new and smelled clean as it had rolled off the dealership! Fabulous detailed work! Even put covers on steering wheel and gear shift. Perfect 5 stars!
Russell at Big is on point! Called him, made an appointment and told him we were out of town and where my car was parked and left the key for him. He kept me updated with the progress and sent a video when he was finished. The workmanship made my car look brand spanking new look like it just came out of the showroom. Loved the work so much that went ahead and scheduled an appointment for my wife to get her car done.highly recommend and will use again!
