If I could give this place no stars I would. I went into this establishments March 31st and I had my vehicle fully detailed and spent $200. I let them know about areas that weren’t cleaned but due to language barrier I had to go ahead and clean the inside myself. I drove 2 hours to have my car detailed here and I had to clean the inside myself. I was highly disappointed in the detail and upset that I had to clean it myself. My vehicle interior is white so every spot neglected is very visible.
Overall a good wash. The folks at the entrance were super kind, definitely great customer service. I deducted one star though because the woman who hand dried my car kept having her zipper of her jacket bang on the side of my car loud enough that I could hear it from the inside of my car. I would think they would not allow jackets with zippers on them for the team doing detail work to avoid scratching cars paint. Next time I would skip the hand dry and just get the cheapest wash
Went in August 4, 2022 to have my truck waxed. I usally go here to get a deap clean and wax. They usally do a fantastic job. This time however i had what looked like tree sap on my hood and windshield. It was still there after it was done also the weel finders were still black from road grind. Kinda wonder if it really got hand waxed. $150.00 is expensive not to pay attention to detail.
On June 30 I had an oil change and a car washwith the "Detail -Interior Super Clean" which was $60.00. To my horror, when they opened the door and I got in, they had scrubbed so hard the center console that they literally took off the leather surface. The man said that's where your arm is. I said, "No, that was not like this and my arm doesn't have wire bristles for hair!" The guy said come back tomorrow to talk to their manager. So on July 1st, I met with Carmelo Sanchez, their Car Wash Manager. He acted concerned, took a picture, filled out their "Customer Incident Report Claims Procedures Agreement" and took a picture of it, giving me back the original. He promised to talk to his supervisor and took my cell number. I waited for 2 weeks, as I went on vacation and it was the holiday week. No one called. No follow-up. No communication from "Frank", the owner. So if you want your car damaged without any offer to make damages repaired or compensated, go to Splish Splash. I would not recommend this business to a friend.
Service was fine, routine oil change. I normally go to another place but was short on time. I was quoted $85 for the oil change(mobil1) and when i went to pay after service rendered the total was $135. I have never paid this much before, if i had known i would have gladly made the drive to my normal place. if that is the cost, cool... But make your customers aware you will charge 50% OVER YOUR QUOTED PRICE.
