    This F45 studio is amazing!! The instructors are so encouraging and provide great assistance with some of the technical moves. The studio manager was so welcoming. Overall amazing customer service. Will definitely be coming back

    Very fast paced workout. Lots of great stations. Very excited to try a cardio class next. The trainers were motivating and very nice

    Excellent gym! Great vibe! Most of the exercises here are 45Mins intense. If you combine diet and HIIT exercise recommended here, you can lose fat. Just be careful of what you eat- Eating less and taking more than 20 minutes to rest is the best. Why? Less calories intake means less fat or body calories to burn, and it takes about 20minutes from your stomach to brain in signaling “i am full”. That’s why eating slow = less calories and feeling full adequately. If you eat fast, you gain weights. Hence, Fast food… F45 stands for Functional 45Minutes - so everything is based around 45mins workout (with different routes) and instructors will help you guide through the workout.. Commit to coming at least 2-3 days, pause 1 day in between since your muscles need to rest to recover. Not resting will strain and cause muscle pain. To grow muscles or burn fat, you need to rest also.. Resting is as important as exercise.

    Intense workouts, awesome trainers, and great atmosphere with the music. I love this place!
