The food was flavorful. However the service was terrible. We waited more than 10 minutes to be welcomed on the table and another 40 minutes for the service.
First time visit at this location. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Bowl online and the order was well put together and everything in it was fresh and flavorful. This was a day I didn't feel like cooking and I was glad this salad was worth the money ($13.00). I actually couldn't finish it, so i ate the rest the next day and the flavor was even better than the first bite. I'll definitely order in the future. I really liked the to go order staff bc they were genuinely friendly and I noticed the work area was "super clean" that's a plus. I give Applebees "two thumbs up"
I feel bad about this. Just tonight was so bad here. None of the wait staff were doing a good job tonight. At all. The two managers were just running around and clueless. The guy who was seating people should be in the back doing dishes as he didn’t care to be seating people either. The food was good but poor service really ruined it tonight. Between having to constantly ask for refills, silverware, napkins, the food to be reheated. It was just bad. It sucks the Frisco location closed. I will have to go to McKinney from now on.
It's been years since I had been to an Applebee's. I saw an ad on TV for their all you can eat boneless wings. I took my mom with me and we loved the wings. I forgot how extensive the menu. The staff was great.
I recently gave this Applebee’s a try and I absolutely loved their food. The atmosphere is classically American and the staff is incredibly friendly. Their menu is diverse and their burgers are perfectly made. For a night out with friends, Applebee’s will continue to be a place I love to go.
